Raised in Los Angeles, Founder Rachel Carmen Ceasar received her PhD in medical anthropology at UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco, which informs her design and research principles. She credits her Peruvian background for her ability to both embrace and challenge traditional design methods, driving projects that simultaneously advocate for users and guide clients toward scalable interventions to address social challenges. Serving healthcare, urban mobility, and tech clients, CULTURE OF HEALTH & TECH creates experiences and products together with clients as they evolve.
